I can take a few and post them in a couple days. I only have the front fender armor on right now... I had them sitting until the snorkel arrived.

I put mine in position and let the silicone set up a bit. lightly tighten the clamp. let set overnite and fully tighten the clamp.
All this was looked at during development. The way the tool is made (to make the air box) would not allow for the ridge (an undercut) but I will see what we can do to improve it. Added length may be the only option at this time.

Maybe not.... Working out the new tube design this week... We plan to have the 2012 shown at SEMA (October 30 - November 2) as a new product mounted and shown in the new products display. I designed the damn thing and own a 2012 so you know I want it done ASAP...

Is there anything in the works for a prefilter instead of the open ram air type?

Possible (our own design) later but for the high mount you can use the standard 3" Donaldson prefilter. Several retailers either stock them or can order one for you.
We are looking at offering this brand in the near future.

Looks like the 2012 (3.6L) version is going well... Here is a prototype picture of the new coupling and aluminum air tube. We will have the system up and running for testing today... Look for the new kit late fall if not earlier....

As I get better info I'll start a new thread for all fo us 3.6L guys and gals..

That's what I used. It was a mess, but I wanted to seal the crap out of it.
