Default Error On Tuner Update Application

Darnell

I disconnected eveything before running the programmer.
It took a little while like 10 min to read the JK computer.

Gave me a code 6D like others have.

Came back to update on the internet and now an error is coming on update software

attached is the image.

I removed the update software reinstalled and restarted the computer still the same error attached is the screen shot.

Also went to the website to download any upgrades. Indication from website was that one file was transferred. After reloading the programs still no change. Any advice?
Is your Jeep a 6 speed?

Mine is an automatic. Also, for what it's worth, I have not had the latest flash for the recall.

Darnell,

I contacted Tech Support several hours ago
regarding the "return code 0304"
They told me that they would call me back and inform me of what to do, haven't heard from them.
Any update?

BREAKING NEWS!!!!!!

I just got a call from engineering and they've found the problem that is causing the speedometer/odometer correction not to function, and it's due to you guys bringing it to our attention. Apparently something got mixed up during one of the revision updates, and that would explain why some guys have had problems while other have not

I was told that we can expect everything to be squared away by the end of the week. I'll keep you guys posted.
