In simple terms you need 3 things to make your vehicle go..air, spark, fuel. Check those three things
Throttle hesitation could be fuel delivery, or air fuel mix too... How does your MAF sensor look? Fuel rail pressure ok? What condition are your plugs in? I think service interval on the 3.6 is right around 100k miles and your other thread you mentioned you've got around 108
A bit more information about your vehicle setup would be helpful t

Mopar engines in general don't have Mass Air Flow sensors. They use speed density. So you could check the MAP sensor, or TP sensor, but that about it for that.

However, I do agree with jahaam. Look at all you preventative maintenance items first. Make sure it's not something simple like crummy spark plugs. If all wake fails spend the money for someone to hook it up to a scanner and hey should be able to determine what's going on.

My apologies. One of those air sensor things. Only a few to chose from. while your at your spark plugs check your fluids and steering components. Lots of " I don't know what happened to my transmission but I've never changed my fluid" if your having one issue from poor maintenance there are bound to be others

Default Issue resolved

Wanted to share.
After changing the god forsaken PCV Valve and realizing that wasn't it. I went to see a mech at jeep. He scan for codes and flashed the transmission. I was planning to change my trans fluid according to schedule. He told me to do it now and then again in a week. Changed fluid and filter. Fixed the problem.

Great! Thanks for sharing the resolution

Any chance you did t-case and diffs too? If not there pretty easy to do. Just make sure you can get the fill bolt out before draining. All in your probably looking at a 2 hr 3 beer home garage job

Everytime I hear someone say galloping, bucking, surging.......it almost always translates into a misfire which is easily rectified with plugs, wires, and to a lesser degree the coil pack.

That "galloping" "surgin" you feel with NO change in RPMS at highway speed is likely a misfire.

Start with your plugs and wires....
