Default 2011 with a chirping noise

I have a 2011 Jeep JK that I purchased used with 26K miles on it. It has the 3.8L and is a manual. Previous owner was meticulous with care, and recently I have been bothered by a chirp coming from the engine bay when warm. I have used a stethoscope and narrowed it down to the area around the power steering pump. I tried the water on the belts, changed the idler pulley and belt tensioner and replaced the belt thinking it was one of them prior to using the stethoscope.
The pump was fine, no issues or leaks, but the chirp definitely was coming from there. I ordered a new OEM pump and swapped it out. After the Jeep warmed up, the chirp has now returned. It doesn't change with the clutch being in or out, and definitely is coming from the area around the power steering pump. Definitely not in the engine block, and all other components such as the water pump check out OK with the chirp being the loudest when I touch the back of the power steering pump.
This has me stumped, and it is annoying as hell. Any ideas where to look for this? It only does it when warmed up, and the chirp speeds up with engine rpms, yet comes and goes.

I assume the chirp goes away if the belt has been removed?

Maybe the AC Compressor, magnetic Clutch assemblies sometimes make weird noises before they are about to go. (Just a Guess) I have a 3.6 so knowledge of what's on the front of a 3.8

Yes the chirp goes away with the belt off. Using a stethoscope, it definately is coming from the sterring pump area. I replaced the pump with a brand new Mopar pump, and it still does it. It doesn't do it all the time, usually when it is really warm out.

Well after having the jeep in storage all winter long I got it out. It is still doing the chirping, and I am at a total loss as to what may be casuing it. I have replaced the belt, tensioner, idler pullies and even the power steering pump with a new pulley on that as well. Like I said earlier, it seems to be coming from around the power steering pump using a stethoscope. It is very loud there, and faint every where else I use the scope on.
Anybody watch the video and have any ideas?
