2011 Jeep Rubicon Radio Trim Warp Issue?
keeping this thread from dying...
for those that had this warping issue, has there been a permanent fix? I am getting a slight warping now and and want to know whether the dealers have a permanent fix or if i have to take care of it myself.

It actually is the casting (Mounting) on the radio- Our/My dealership I go to just put an order in for 8 radios no lie. Mine being one of them. They replaced the trim 3x in my Jeep till they realized casting is the issue with them. With it being a yesterday it was sticking out half an inch from my radio yesterday~!
The right side of the radio is off from the left causing the trim to appear warped horribly- It's due to the radio pushing funny behind it and the sun hitting it and making it worse.

So I guess no fix? mine has just started to warp a bit, doesnt get that hot out here.
My 2011 did it and they replaced the trim panel twice. First time picked it up and it still had the gap. Ordered another panel, installed and it was okay for about 2 weeks then reappeared. I think the Gorilla Glue the tech shot in there broke loose. Not my problem anymore (I thought) as I traded it for a 12. I have the 430N in my 12 and so far so good but today I stopped by the dealer to check and noticed it in 2 out of the 4 I looked at. One had been on the lot since October and the other November. So this is going to be with the 2012's as well...
