My poor jeep gets used hard everyday. I use her on my mail route 5 to 6 days a week and she rarely complains. Has almost 235,000 on her and still going strong. Lately, after running for a bit and turning off, she doesn't want to start. Yesterday when it happened again, I popped the hood and checked the fuse box. Fuses were extremely hot. I popped out some of the bigger fuses then put them back in and she fired back up. Now that the weather here in MI is getting warmer, this is happening for often, but only when Im working. Not when Im driving her "normal". I was thinking that maybe I need to replace the fuse box itself but wanted to get some insight before I do that. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

 

When it doesn't start, is it cranking or not cranking?
