Happened to our 13 when we got in to drive it off the dealers lot. Turned everything off and removed the key. Started it back up and they worked fine.

Perhaps one-touch auto down AND up power windows, like the rest of the world enjoys. I know, it would require Chrysler to spend an extra $0.03 on every window switch to have the auto-UP feature too. Who's got time to hold the window button in the "up" position when you're trying to make for a quick getaway?

To answer the question, yes, just like a Microsoft product, close the windows, restart, and all is good. It's happened to my Jeep and simply turning it off and then on solved the problem or caused the can-bus or body control module, whatever it is, to reboot or reset.

I've also had the A/C issue where the fan just randomly cuts out from a high setting down to a low setting. It always comes back, though, after just a few seconds. My guess is, some sensor picked up a drop in voltage so it kills the HVAC to free up some power because blower motors draw a lot of energy.

A/C ??? Is that what that little button switch next to the blower knob does? I pressed that once and my rpms dropped ... I shut it off right away! I will stick with the "remove the doors" method. Its a much smoother ride

Lol. You are a purist. I appreciate no-option Jeeps, but in Jeeps that are also daily drivers, automatic windows and A/C save the day sometimes.
