2013 door hinges bubbling and starting to rust already?
Or just do what I do.... For example they needed need to fix some flare mounts... I dropped off the entire fender and drove my jeep away. Told them to call me when it's ready...
They can get you new hinges while you maintain possession of your jeep..

It's a common jeep wrangler problem. Yj, TJ, and Jk. The issue is hit or miss. I believe it's an issue with the type of metal they use in the hinge. Some bubble in a year, others never will, even on the same jeep. One of mine is doing it after about 3 years. Bummer.
Its Chrysler's paint process two dissimilar metals with no separation between the to(ie) paint cause galvanic corrosion. If you look at the older jks on the lot most of all of them have it at least in Wisconsin I have had my door hinges repainted a few times. If you tell them if you just prime and paint between the hinges it will fix it but they just look at you like your crazy. See this all the time on aircraft. Not that difficult to fix but if Chrysler can save a buck and put out a substandard product they will love my jeep but Chrysler on the other hand.......
just took my 12 JK in for the same issue, they told me it will NOT be covered under warranty. Something about they didn't feel it was a manufacture defect. Hope you have better luck. And the loaner deal, my dealer doesn't do loaners cuz of the insurance is to high for them. Had to borrow a friends car when they replaced my head.
do you still have to drill the mirrors in the 13's? I thought they wouldve had the drain issue fixed by now...
as for loaners.. most dealerships are only giving out loaners if you bought a MOPAR extended warranty for your Jeep that includes a loaner.. its another way for them to make money off of people where the Jeep is their only means of transportation!
