2016 High Temp Question
Hi all,
I have a 2016 4 door. also run a Superchips Trailcal. I notice the truck at temp hovers at 220 most days. and will climb to 225-230 with just highway driving. I feel with started after the first time she was in mud/water to the bottom of the rad. Lots of steam and whatnot like we all have seen. Curious, as I have cleaning it multiple times, and don't see any obvious mud build up, could the internal of the rad have let something loose? or somehow restricted the flow? I only have 10k miles on the truck, so I am a little baffled as to why it seems to like to run so hot. I know this topic has been discussed, but I am asking about the specifics of what I call- the muddy-water cool down when it was pretty deep in the slime.
