push the A/C button.. the fan will run Much more than otherwise.. it ignores engine temerature and runs from condenser Pressure.. even if you have the heat on in the jeep or just want neutral air.. set your interior fan speed somewhere in the middle, press A/C and adjust the air temp to your liking.. the A/C always maintains an inside coil temp 35-40 or so.. which will require more outside fan operation.. its not continuous but is nearly so on days above 65-70 or so outside temp.
