I have an '12 Unlimited Sport auto with 3.73 and '35 and it seems fine that being said the 4.10 were not an option for me and I wish it was . I would suggest getting the 4.10 as it is a one time choice and you won't regret it. You MAY regret the 3.73

Just my 2 cents

I've got a 13 JKUR with 4.10 and love it. Plenty of power and lots of low end torque. I loose a point or two in gas mileage, but if gas mileage was a big concern, I would have gone with a different vehicle. Getting the 4.10 now was a lot cheaper than upgrading later and hey I was able to role that into the financing (later, not so much).
