ok before my lift when i was in 4 lo some times id get a whipping clanking sound when i would stop on a rock and take off again it sounded more like a whipping sound but was very light. Since the lift and tires its way louder and happened more often but i cant figure out where its coming from and if i should be worried about it. I can tbe the only guy thats had this problem. thanks

 

x2 on the slack in the drivetrain. Mine clacks like a SOB in 4 lo when I stop and go.

 

so i guess the question is how do you tighten up the driveline after the lift to reduce the noise. And why in the world was this moved to stock talk i didnt have this problem until after the lift of it being really loud
