You are looking for TSB 21-001-10 REV. A
They did mine, but it did not fix it. After 3 weeks, it did it again. I have a new transmission now
and it has been fine since

Yeh, had a heap of probs from day one. At 700k's on the clock and a new tranny went in. Don't agree on this idea of pulling a tranny apart in a 2week old vehicle so I told Jeep that I would not accept the tsb. I didn't buy a used vehicle. 12 months old now and 14000km's later no issue with the tranny what so ever.
