Any "Remedies" for Window Crank Hitting Knee?

It looks like this specific kit comes with two small plugs. and the back cranks are covered with switches. You could always get round flush plugs that are the same size from hardware stores or online similar to the tailgate hole plugs people use when removing the spare. Probably cost less than a dollar a piece.
