Depends on what is normal.

Mine normally runs between 90°F and 130°F.

Turns out that I have a transmission cooler which explains the extra tranny fluid.

My factory repair manual for the 2007 says the normal operating temperature is 180 degrees F. Should take about 15 minutes of driving. I just changed mine last weekend and used 5 and 1/2 quarts so 6 is about right. The repair manual also says check at normal operating temp, on level surface, and in park after running through all the gears first stopping for a couple seconds in each gear.

That doesn't mean it will normally be at 180°F. It just means it's OK to be at that temperature. It's probably a carryover spec from when the transmission fluid was routed through the engine's radiator.
