Default Bent Brackets on Front Axle - Straighten??

I bought a used 2009 Unlimited X, the driver side lower control arm bracket on the front axle is smushed down and tweaked inward, any suggestions on how to straighten?, should I be concerned with metal fatigue and the bracket not holding up?

Only slightly.....I would just straighten and maybe reinforce depending on how much you have to move it back to a normal position. If you have to weld just do it in small 1" beads and allow it to cool.

At this point you should cut it off and replace them with after market mounts. Plenty of places sell lower mounts made with 1/4" steel that you'll never have a problem with again and they're not expensive. Also no worries with the heat on the axle tube.
