Default Boom mat

Installed a boom mat on the ceiling if my hard top. Made a huge difference on the highway jeep is much more quiet than before. I highly recommend doing this upgrade

Did the boom mat some weeks back. Love it. Now I can here the kids in the back seat.

In Texas the main reason to install a boom mat was to keep the heat off the top of my head. The air conditioner will actually keep you cool on the 100 degree plus days. Well worth the money and time.

Boom mat is a sound deadening material In the jk headliner kit it is made of foam also used for heat reduction. Works well for both sound and heat. Looks good also

I got it from quadratec one of the best things I did to my jeep yet.
