Brake Fluid has algae
I could believe algae could grow in brake fluid as quick as I could believe algae could grow in the cooling fluid of my Bigscreen HD TV set.
BTW, had to have the fluid removed all tubes cleaned and fluid replaced in my TV last year. Seems there was algae grouwing in the cooling fluid, and it turned the picture blueish-green.

i've heard of algae in brake fluid, it's not a WHOLE LOT but it's there.
brake fluid should be FLUSHED every 2 years. it's not a milage thing, it's a simple atmospheric exposure type of thing.
$150 is a bit high.

$150 is practically molesting your wallet... (can we say rape on this forum without getting yelled at???)...
Bleed it yourself... heck if you need another guy I'll help you out... I'll be in town until Monday... then I'm back in NSB
