brake pad question?

Default brake pad question?
Just changed my front pads and noticed that the outer pad wore down quicker the the inner pad. Is this normal? I am running the Wagner thermo-quiet ceramic pads. Thanks for any feedback.

How big is the difference? Did you make sure that all the sliders are lubed and not dirty? That's what's going to cause the outboard pads to wear sooner than the inners.
