Default Buzzing Noise Problem

I have a 2008 JKUX, and it makes a buzzing or rattling noise when I have passengers in the rear of the jeep. Not sure where it is coming from or the problem. Any ideas?

Never heard of it. Maybe a short video would help us out.

Maybe this weekend I'll take a video cause I need passengers. It's quiet when moving, but rattles when stalling at a stop light. Not too sure how to describe it more than that. Haha

Sounds like a loose heat shield but it seems odd that it only happens with passengers.

When my passenger sits in my jeep (wife), I hear buzzing all the time whether stopped or moving. It certainly gets annoying, but you learn to ignore it or ride solo. Haha.
