OK, so I ordered a 2013 JKUR this past Sat 8/25 in True Blue...didn't realize you could order a Commando yet, I didn't think it would be available until the spring for some reason. Anyway, I went back to my dealer today and asked him if I could change it to Commando. He said he would try but didn't know if he could.

Anybody else ever do this?

I know you use to be able to make changes up until the order hit a certain point (don't remember the code). I'd follow up with the dealer and if you don't get anywhere, contact Chrysler to find out how to make the change.

Thanks...gonna call him in a couple days. If he can't do anything I will def call Chrysler and ask them. Thanks for the reply.

I sell Jeeps and several have ordered one then changed their mind on color. As long as Chrysler has not started building it, there is a way to track progress just like tracking a UPS package, you can change anything. Problem start when you add or sub features, but thats just a cost issue n a little more paperwork. Just call the dealer and tell them you want a different color. If they dont want to cooperate you have found someone lazy. Good luck
