i had problems but i was keeping my mouth shut ! until one nite the phone rang !
i say hello ! they wanted a few questions about my new purchase answerd so i said id rather not go there ! the lady kept at me to answer why i didnt care to answer survey ! i finaly told her of my dealing how the dealer (autoserv of tilton n.h. ) baited & switched , they had a plow on the jeep and worked the whole deal out had me sign and then told me to bring it back monday to have plow frame removed
im like wtf , then they told me oh yeh the plow dosent go with that! it was drilled bolted and wired to the steering columb , i said that plow is part of the deal they said we took the blade off for you on the test drive ! i said yes cuz i requested not to test drive it with the blade on , but the price you gave me over the phone and the deal we worked was with the plow ! why else would the plow be mounted on there ! anyway long story short ! the lady told me to call this number next morning ! so i did and re told my story ! then they said youl be compensated sir for this heres your case manager and number !
then the game started and it was indeed a game of chrysler case managing, they must get payed to string things along , but the final result was i got hung up on by some drone ending with a wise comment saying thank you for being a satisfied jeep owner ! click if thats how they opperate i wont be back as a repete customer . I wont be buying the Rubicon i had planned on getting , ill go elsewhere
i have the 2011 sport wich is fine ! ill keep it for now but they lost my future sales i doubt they care and nieter do i ! and i make it a point to advise those who ask me about jeep ! ill enjoy whats to enjoy about it and when im done im done thats all !

Service so bad that I will never buy another Chrysler again. They will do all they can to get out of a warranty repair.
I have had many new vehicles, this was my first Chrysler product. They are in a league by themselves.
The worst.
I couldn't agree with you guys more. I have a serious oil consumption problem and hinges so corroded it's an embarrassment for being a 2.5 year old vehicle. The sad thing is that this is my 3rd Wrangler. The YJ and TJ I had before this were great. This experience has been so bad it's all it took to push me over the edge. I will never buy another Chrysler product so long as I live. It wasn't bad enough that they made an absolute garbage piece of shit vehicle, they won't even attempt to rectify that with some halfway decent service. Hell, I have the lifetime warranty but it's as useless as tits on a boar. And half the time I go to the dealership the service advisor has a smart ass attitude. But don't complain or they'll strip your warranty! This company blows me away. Sorry for the rant..
