Default Catalytic Conv.

Ok I own a 2007 JKU Sahara with 165k+ miles and I think it's time to change the cats. What will I need to buy to do the work myself and what are some good tips to ensure the job is done with ease and done proper. Thanks ahead of time.

You will need the cat Y-pipe combo. The two cats and the Y pipe are all one MOPAR part.

1 @ 52059930AH - Pipe and Covert. Exhaust to Manifold.

You might be able to reuse the 4 O2 sensors, but you may also need to replace them. If you are doing the cats -- then I'd suggest 4 new O2 sensors.

(Sorry don't know the part numbers for these...)

You will need the 4 nuts/bolts from the cast iron collector to the Y-pipe (likely rusted away, or at least damaged due to the heat stress)

4 @ 06508305AA - Exhaust Manifold Lock Nut M10-1.50
4 @ 06102172AA - SCREW AND WASHER - M10x1.5x50

The other side of the Y pipe is a pipe clamp. It may or may not need to be replaced as well:
