hi i was just wondering if their where any changes at all between the 07 's and 08's ? are the doors and body exactly the same ?

Body Doors...same...
TPMS added in 08
Saharas now have "metal" sleeve on bumpers
Seatbelt location on pass side moved I think
Gearing on base models is 3.21 and 4.10 on special order (ie trailer group or customer request) and Rubis for 07...Rubis only have 4.10 in 08 Special orders are 3.73

I think that is it...although if I missed something someone will chime in...

 

they changed the door lock pad..

07's are flat, the 08's have a slight curve

 

are the back doors the same ? looked like maybe the 08s had alittle more curve to the back ? maybe it was just the pic i was saw? i would think they would be same both years.

4:10 is ONLY available for Rubicon in 08 models. I got the tow package on my X and could only get the 3.73 gears.

 

They changed the back seat as well. On the 07's, the seat release is a large lever on the top outside of the seat. On the 08's, it a strap that comes through the seat at the lower lumbar section.
