The esp/traction control works way better on the 08 than the 07,, its not as obvious anylonger,, and I can squeal the tires leaving a stop if I want!

Not that it is an option I want in a Jeep but I can do that easily in my 07 also...

08's have the Oil Change warning system....I don't think the 07's have it

nope mine has it.....just went off again...it is useless goes off at the weirdest times..

Yep. My 07 has it too. early 07s had footwell lights and an underhood light. 08s don't.

mine has the harnesses for it but no lights...and I got the hood insulation....

I plan on buying a "gently" used JK Unlimited. You know from someone who only drove it to church on Sundays.

Being a nice guy I figured id let someone else take the depreciation.

Im just not sure if I should go 07' or 08' - Cost may be the deciding factor but id rather have some other deciding factors.

Any help on the choice?

Oh ya It MUST be Steel Blue.

For some the lifetime warranty on the 08's and late 07's is a big thing. Depends on how deep you plan on modding it I guess....otherwise not much difference...

oh the 07's a Greystone Pearl. Like mine....limited run colour...

They changed the seat fabrics... The darker color in the middle goes all the way down to the bottom of the seat on the 07s, it's just in the center on the 08s.

I will slightly mod it. Will need to be my daily driver though.

Sorry for all the noob questions but would the fact that I want a Sahara matter on the changes mentioned above?
