Default Changing complementary service to another dealership

Long story short, the dealer I bought my JKUR10A from is staffed with incompetent, rude morons (both in the sales and service departments). Has anyone had any experience moving the complementary services that you get with a new vehicle purchase (oil changes, new wipers, etc.) to another dealer? If so, did you have to call Jeep Corporate and how did you go about the process?

I believe that they are instantly transferable. I got 6 free oil changes. Have had three done, at 3 different dealers in 3 different states.

I think anything you get complimentary is given by the dealer not by Chrysler. I have bought two new wranglers in the last year and never got anything from Chrysler. The dealers offered a first oil change free card but both are a 4 hour round trip so I did not use either of them.

I agree.. chrysler did offer a year free oil changes with the purchase of my new jeep.. however, anything offered by the dealership is for the that dealership only.. my dealership offered free oil changes for life as long as you brought it back to them every time.. i took it in twice 3+ hour round trip.. crawled under the jeep to find out i have a rounded head on my drain plug.. yeah that's what a dealership is supposed to do.. so i bought a new drain plug and now change the oil myself.. should have from the start..

Not sure what's going on but I've not paid for an oil change in my jeep. Bought in Augusta. One change in Charleston, one in hickory, one in Athens.

The dealership I bought mine from gave me all kinds of stuff. Oil changes, tire rotation, yearly state inspection. I didn't take it in for any of those things.
I heard from other people that they were not modification friendly. When I went in to buy an oil filter for an oil change. I stop at service, and had my son ask about their policy about mods. They said that anything they saw they would have to report it to Chrysler/Jeep.
I now buy my parts, and have warranty work done at another dealership. It is a family run small one that has a shop full of wheelers. I have gone wheeling at a local off-road park with them. They even let one of the mechanics wheel a left over '13 JK.
Find a good dealership, and forget the perks. They only give you them so you bring it back. That way they can find other things they can charge you for.
