Yes, the Trucklites are headlights. This issue happened before I installed the new headlighs too. I didn't get the lights until Christmas, first issue happened around October/ Novemeber timeframe (don't remember exact date without the paperwork). And that still doesn't address the issue with the wipers and blower turning on/ off at random. I need to look up the code to see exactly what falls under that and see if there is a connetion between everything going on. Other forums have linked the wipers/ radio/ blower and a few other issues with the TIPM. I have not seen anything relating the headlights to the CEL and the code I am geting, on any other forums. I know that doesn't mean it's not happening, but I just haven't seen it.
Now, you have a recent code relating to headlights, after your Trucklites were installed.
That's why I would consider issues with the new lights before I would replace the TIPM again.
But, being under warranty, you have to go along with what the dealer wants to do.
