Yes they are stock drive shafts. And when I took them off they seemed to be fine. No catching or popping. Thanks for the help. I'm so lost with this.

my JK is doing the EXACT same thing, same circumstances. Your proble describes mine perfectly. Did you find a solution...this is making me crazy!
