Default Clutch Squeaking?

Every time I go to press the clutch it squeaks. It seems the only happens through the lower speeds but doesn't happen at high speeds. And also the clutch like to stick 3 quarters of the way up and about one second later kick the rest of the way up and vibrates really bad with barely any depression on the clutch. What could cause this?

Yeah, it happened to me at about 5000 miles. Now I have 81000 miles and a wrangler legally classified as a lemon. The stealership could not fix it and refused to replace the tranny even though they had replaced everything but that.

Check your break fluid, if all is good I would bet its your slave cylinder.
You can try removing it, cleaning and greasing the shaft and re install...if the problem goes away...it will come back...some times within a few days...some times months, but at least you'll know what's wrong. I believe they are around 70 to 80 bucks

Could it be the throw-out bearing?

After doing a little homework I found 2 TSBs that explain exactly what is going on with the clutch and the pop out of gear.

06-001-08

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The customer may experience a squeak-like sound from the transmission clutch. This
sound will occur when there is a change in engine torque. The squeak-like sound can be
heard most often during: clutch engagement, acceleration (tip-in), and/or deceleration
maneuvers. This condition may be due to the clutch disc internal components.
DIAGNOSIS:
If the customer experiences the above condition, and the condition is isolated to the clutch,
then perform the Repair Procedure.
PARTS REQUIRED:
Qty. Part No. Description
1 ** 52104732AC ** Disc, Clutch
NOTE: ONLY the clutch disc requires replacement.

21-001-10

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The transmission pops out of first gear while accelerating. The condition, may occur
intermittently and may be difficult to diagnose.
DIAGNOSIS:
Verify that the shift boot is not causing the issue by ensuring the boot is not binding when
in first gear. In addition, if the customer complains that the transmission pops out of gear in
first, third, and fifth, than the shift boot would be most likely the cause for the complaint.
Refer to the appropriate service information regarding shift boot replacement. If the shift
boot is not causing the transmission to pop out of first gear, perform the following Repair
Procedure.

The squeak is pretty normal, but that delayed engagement and chatter or shudder don't sound right at all. My fear is that whatever is causing that delay in engagement probably warped the pressure plate too..
