I am getting an entire clutch kit and installing either this weekend it next week with Blade

 

Had a similar issue with my 2008. I printed out the Tsb and took them to a dealer about 2 years ago. They replaced the clutch for free with a newer version. Apparently there was a clutch design change sometime during the 2008 production run to reduce the squeak. If you have a 2007 and the clutch is original then you have the older version of the clutch. Mine only squeeqed in winter, and only under load while accelerating but it was pretty annoying
