went to the dealership yesterday to get a new tipm i had ordered. Did the install and 12 second key like was told. Nothing not even my gauges light up now. so walk back in and guy at service desk says it has to be programmed. set it with the service department for the program. guy comes and gets me after 15 min and was told my gauge cluster is not working and would take further trouble shooting. so i set up next week to return the jeep back to get some recalls taken care of. Got home and put my code reader on it to reset codes and got this B222C code. now i’m wondering if they even tried programming it.
