And why Chrysler does not want us to drive Saharas and Rubicons with tire chains? Just because of tire types?

Oops. My point was the sport model with the 16 in wheels have cheaper shocks compared to the Saharas and the Rubis.

I believe it has to do with the OD of the tires being larger and there being clearance issues with chains on them.

Typically lower profile rides harder too, although it may be unnoticeable in high profile versus kinda high profile like the jeep.

My 2011 Sport drives nice but i notice some bumps but it comes with the territory of a Wrangler. I have the 17" wheels on th Goodyear wrangler tire.

As for chains, i think they are reffering to the link stlye and not the cable style. I thought at first it may be due to traction control but honestly i think it is the tire manufacture's warranty. Use the wire cables instead of chain links.

If your Wrangler rides "smooth"... It's broken!!! It's a Jeep!! LOL

A comfortable ride means you need bigger tires and more lift!!! Where's the fun if you're not constantly upgrading to try and keep it driving straight ?!? (If you have a rig with mods... This should make you laugh)
