Default Computer Tips/Tricks

I've seen mentions in different threads about things that can be done to the computer, either at home or at the dealership. I'd like to see if I can get a single thread going with a list of computer changes that can be done.

I've read about disabling the seatbelt chime at home.
I've also read where the dealership can keep the headlights off when using remote locks, and they can disable the locks from locking as you start to drive off.

Any others?

(NOTE: If you know the steps for the 'at home' methods, please post)

(Please let me know if this thread has already been done, as I haven't been able to find it.)

Hmmm... Why would you want to disable the locks as you drive off? Maybe to allow that theif at the intersection to open your door when you stop so he can yank you out and take the car!!!
The JK does have a provision that when the airbag deploys, it shuts off the gas, engine and unlocks doors for emergency response.

Here's a neat computer trick.

Hold your foot on the clutch for 10 seconds while the vehicle is off. Turn the key but do not start the vehicle. While in Neutral, release the clutch. (Make sure E-Brake is activated)

Turn headlights on and off 5 times. Turn left blinker on for 3 seconds, and then the right for 4 seconds. Honk the horn 3 times.

This will discable the ESP partial off mode so that it always defaults to ESP Full off everytime you start your vehicle.

Of course to get it back to how it was, just do the reverse.

Have fun!

If we're just making stuff up now, I'll add mine:

Using your power window control for "up down" inputs, and your blinker stalk for "left right" inputs, enter:

"Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A Select Start" - Gives you 20 extra lives in CONTRA, or something to that effect.
