From the '07 sales brochure:
Console - Mini floor with front and rear cup holders and cubby bin. (available on X B pkg)
Console - Floor with front and rear cupholders, locking storage bin and armrest (included with automatic transmission.
I have seen these in both '07 and '08 JKs, but they were absolutely bone stock, the only option being colour.

Maybe post something in the "Wanted to Buy" section....I am sure some one has replaced theirs with a Tuffy Locking console.

if you look closely in some of those pics, you'll notice the console he's talking about. Basically on the BASE X, with the vinyl seats and no AC, you get a mini-console.
