I have an ‘09 JKU and the fan finally bit the dust so I went looking for a new one for replacement. I went to all the typical box stores, Oreally, Vatozone, Papa, etc. and what I found out is all the fans the carried did not have one with the correct connector on the speed controller. Pics for reference.

The aftermarket fan or OE replacement was totally different. None of the stores could tell why this was and if they could even get one with the correct connector.

The stock connector has the ground on the top left with the different speeds on the bottom.

I finally got on rock auto and ordered one with out the controller and I will use the one that came off my stock fan assembly.

Has anybody else run into this problem?
