Default Dealer Overfilled Oil

I had my dealer do my first oil change last week. I know I should have checked it when I picked it up but I waited until I needed gas. It is over the bump above the "Safe" line. I have checked it several times today since then just in case the ground wasn't level and it is definitely overfull.

They do that so you dont notice how much oil it burns.

Look at it this way, at least they got the oil INTO to the engine.

The monkey's who were working at the dealership two weeks ago when I had my oil changed spilled about half a liter of oil onto the top of engine block and valve cover. Then they tried to cover it up by closing all the vents so I wouldn't smell it burning off

Needless to say, when I went back through the drive through service entrance 5 minutes later doing about 40kph, the entire service department came running over to find out what was going on.

I ended up getting a second oil change, an engine shampoo and exterior wash all for free...........I also got an apology from mechanic and service manager.
