I had a similar problem with a ford ranger. Clutch master cylinder was leaking. 1st dealership kept replacing the oil pan gasket. Kept slowly leaking, I told them that the clutch master was low on fluid and probably leaking. They refused to fix it. Another dealer wouldn't look at it since it was seen at the first dealer.
In the end I told the first dealer to fix it or I would sue for lemon law. They didn't, I had the clutch master cylinder replaced at a shop for $700 and did a lemon law since 1st dealer kept screwing up. Ended up with $3000.
