Joining the breather hoses together with T-pieces into a common line to a higher breather sounds good. Only downsides I can think of are more connections to potentially fail/leak and if you get any water in your breather, its going to end up in all of your diffs and cases.

So where are the tranny and Tcase breather ends?

Also, if you join breather hoses, you should probably only join ones that use the same fluid. You don't want gear oil in your tranny. Even a little!

I found one line that terminates right behind the engine between the engine and firewall. It appears to be the tranny line, is that correct?

Where is the stock Tcase line?

So I go out to the garage to remove the soft top under the hard top. It'll make more room back there for an upcoming fishing trip.
The Jeep is new, about 1,400 miles on the odo and I notice oil under it.
Sh-t I think! I crawl under it and trace the many paths of it up near the drivers shock tower to under the ESP control unit, in front of the brake resevior.
I feel around and find a tube with a little white cap on it and it's clearly the source of the fluid.
It goes down to the front diff.
I come in the house and onto the 'forum' and within a minute I know it's the breather.
Okay so all's well....or is it?
With so few miles on it should it be leaking?
I would guess it has dumped about a 1/3 of a cup or so. Maybe more while cruising as it clearly has traveled back under alonmg the frame while in motion.

What do you'll think?

it may just have been over filled a bit from factory. mine is dirty but not leaking. keep an eye on it. I bet it slows down the amount that comes out as it corrects itself. and on your first oil change tell the dealer. they may wind up draining and rwfilling just to verify correct amount is in there. and u get a free fluid change

Thanks for the advice.
I should have searched more 'cause I found lots of posts about the factory over-filling it. Gotta go back to the dealer with a passenger door rattle (when the window is down) so maybe I'll ask them to drain the overfill out.
