FYI , I did look into the Owners manual CD and I could not find it , and thats why I asked the question . If question like this bother you , don't answer them . Not trying to be rude , but just saying.

You can download an owners manual that evidently has more info than the CD you have.

Yes, the CD is little more than a "getting aquatinted" guide. I found this out the hard way. And yes, you can download a copy of the manual, but wouldn't you rather have a perfect bound copy than a wad of papers held together by a bulldog clip?

Make them give you a manual. It's a cheap-assed move by Chrysler, let them know what you think about it before they start charging for steering wheels and stereo knobs.

This is the Crysler Canada (Maybe US too) number.. Just tell them what you want and they will send it to you 10 14 days. I prefer the small hardcopy to keep in the veh just in case..

Infact they do. Just bought my 2011 three weeks ago. It came with both a hard copy and DVD.

Tell that to all the people who didn't get one with their 2011.
And your hard copy, is it the 591 page owner's manual, or the 88 page user's guide?
