DIY front bumper dent repair

I posted info like this in another forum. Great tip, I would just add the following:
1) Using a heat gun will soften the plastic ding before popping it out. The ding I worked on was pretty deep.
2) I used JB PlasticWeld to fill the hole I drilled in the back of the bumper. You want to fill this hole so the bumper doesn't accumulate water.
3) There are a couple good YouTube videos demonstrating the repair technique.

Use compressed air
Just fixed a bad dent in my Jeep bumper. There are four drain holes. Find a way to cap off 3 of them. Its as simple as two guys using their fingers over the holes. Heat around the affected area with a heat gun or blow dryer to warm the plastic. Insert a blower tool into the forth hole and inject compressed air. It doesnt take much at all and almost a perfect fix.

Until today, it seems.som.eone backed into me last night, and I can't find any bumpers locally that aren't already"pre-dented". People around me seem to want $100 herd bumpers that I already have damages. I haven't heard how much the insurance will pay.
