Do I need to be concerned with this?

It looks to be some seepage from the TC. Its not terribly bad, but if your losing a lot of fluid (ie. seeing puddles) you would want to address this asap.

If you're still under warranty, let the techs deal with it.

With the cold weather thing will loosen up , put a wench to the TFC bolts and keep an eye on fluid levels,

If its under warranty let them fix it. If its not under warranty clean it off and check the fluid level and keep an eye on it.

You can put a wrench on it but it most likely will not fix the problem. It will be either a leak at the rtv seal or porosity in the casting. This is my hypothesis from the pictures, but it could be something else.

Your yoke seal is leaking on your transfer case. Not a major repair. They will pull the driveshaft, drain the case , pull the yoke and replace the drive-in seal.

It's in the shop right now...this is pretty much what they are doing. Thanks everyone for your diagnosis!

Haha sounds like someone is milking warranty cash. At least they are being thorough.
