Rooster76 what you looking for is in the manual page 22.
Press and hold "unlock" 4 to 10 seconds
After 4 seconds press "Lock" then release both buttons.

Disable jk door lock
Fantastic information redrockjk - Thanks. I was just telling my wife last night that I was going to look into how to program the JK to unlock all the doors when I get out of the driver's side.
