Default Door wires?

I don't have power windows or locks, what are the wires going into the doors for?

so that the lights "know" when the doors are open. if you don't have those connected the lights won't come on when the doors open.

"Old tech" was a pushbutton switch in the door opening that was depressed when the door closed.

Our Jeeps use current tech, which is a contact inside the latch.

Yep... no more pulling fuses to keep the interior lights off!

i think it's time for a velcro or hook and loop mod that keeps the loose connectors from getting smashed in the door when you're not paying attention.

But why would you have them unplugged if the doors are on?
