Default dreaded dent

i have the well known dent where my door swung open and hit the panel behind the hood. My question is, is this piece replaceable, or do i have to replace the whole fender?

Done it, been there on both sides. I called a paintless dent repair place, but they couldn't fix it. The inner frame is just behind the dent. They need to get behind it to push it out. I had a body shop fix mine. It was a couple hundred bucks. If it happens again, however, I'm buying the Xenon Diamond Plate!
