Default Drivetrain vibration when starting out

Hey guys, I have a 6sp '08 JKUX with 3.37's and 35's. I'm getting a vibration from the rear end (I think) when I start off in 1st or rolling in second. It goes away if I step on the gas pretty good.
I noticed some slack in my rear diveshaft when I twist it and hear a slight clicking noise from the rear diff when twisting the DS.
What would this be a cause of or indication of?
She only has 61k and the original cutch.

Thoughts?

Just checked again and hear a noise in the transfer case also. Had a buddy drive it today and it sounds pretty loud from outside the Jeep.

There's the usual inspection underneath, which it sounds like you've done, but it might be worth doing it again. Check the oil in both the differential and the xfer case, it might tell you a story. You could remove the drive line and check it out, then with the axle on jack stands turn the pinion and feel the gears. The differential cover is easy to remove, and the gears will be visible.

This isn't for safety nazi's, but an old method is to put the drive axle up on jack stands, and run it while checking underneath.
