Default e-brake problem

I had some work done at the dealer and the didn't reattach my e-brake to the handle properly. I took it back to have them fix it and now it only holds the jeep on the very last click.

I did wayoflife's write up to adjust it and it is adjusted to the max And it did not seem to help. Does anyone have any suggestions? Do you think I need new pads? The jeep only has 33000 miles.

Get back to the dealer and start squeaking politely. They should have responsibility and liability. Your warranty is 36000 miles!

Now they don't want to fix it when it worked fine before they fucked with it
