Default Effing visor stickers!

Has anyone one gotten the visor stickers off the 2012 jk's without using a shotgun or high explosives?

Yes I do... It really gets things going if you remove them and take a blow dryer to then to get them started

I'd be afraid to put straight acetone on them. Might screw up the plastic. Been there, done that with my tail lights. Acetone based nail polish remover might be safe because the concentration of acetone isn't high enough to do any sort of damage.

I'd try getting one corner started and then follow-up with a hair dryer or heat gun(being careful of course). Goo gone does work well, but I'm not sure how well it would work since the decals are sorta vinyl and it wouldn't be able to penetrate through surface. It would work great for removing any residual adhesive once the decals are removed though.

Good luck!
