I do not work for a dealer but I do have access to a starscan tool every so often the directions are correct
, and if they charge for changing it kickem were it hurts
, I also found this a pain in the a$$ when in the camp ground, I read the manual and killed the horn the first time out.Good luck let us know what happens.

And remember, I'm NOT talking about the "horn honk with lock/unlock" or the "lights flash with lock/unlock"...I'm talking about the "headlights ON with unlock". Seriously. I can't tell you how many threads I've seen asking about this, that quickly degenerate into "follow the procedure in the manual."

I didn't ask for alternatives to unlocking my Jeep with the remote, I asked for a way to make the headlights not come on when I unlock it with the remote.Asked and answered. But thanks anyway.
