Woods kit looks nice...and at half the price. Sold, if I can sell the boss on it Thanks for all the input.

Don't forget the steering stabilizer relocation kit, too. Tell your other half (quaintly known as "The Boss") that you'd be embarassed to rip that off after being told there was an easy, cheap fix.

You can buy it here.

While you're at it, also pick up the steering stabilizer relocation kit.

Default What Happens When You Wheel And Dont Relocate The Evap Can

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU WHEEL AND DONT RELOCATE THE EVAP CAN

My Jeep a few wheeling trips ago. It ripped off so easily, what a mistake for Jeep to put that there.

The evap canister is not too expensive if you replace it yourself. I read where one guy ripped the nozzle of his gas tank though. Ouch! a lot cheaper to just relocate it now!

X4 or what ever number is next (infinity plus 1) on the woods evap relo kit. I may be a bit biased though.

I agree with this completely. Some added detail. The air intake for the evap can is located next to the fuel fill line. You can see it, if you remove the driver's side tail light. I'm willing to bet that the water got sucked in through here.

The evap relo kit is $54.95 plus $9 shipping. I offer a bundle that includes the evap can kit and the steering stabilizer relo kit for $75 plus $15 shipping.
you can buy this at www.jeepswag.com. There's a link on the 4xfix website.

I have a cousin who's an engineer at DC. I asked him to design the JK so a couple of fragile parts will be highly exposed. He gets a cut of every sale.
