Default Factory lift installed at dealer?

i couldnt find it on here but was wondering if anyone had experience with this. just out of curiosity mentioned something to a dealer and they said an aftermarket lift would void the warranty and offered that the jeep dealership had a 2.5 inch one they could install and keep the warranty.

i dont know what brand or anything about it but was set on a full on 3" lift and not just a BB. does anyone know what brand (if available) they use or anything about it? also it seems like the community would laugh at simple mods like lift voiding warranty - any validity to that?

Wow, same BULLS#$T story!

A lift will void your warranty but if we install it it's good..

CHANGE DEALERSHIPS!

For one they are thevies! and for two they don't know what they are talking about!!! tell them to check their warranty policies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anymodification will only void a portion of warranty or the part the was broken as a result of the modification! Nothing else!!

I agree with Big D2 (is that R2's brother? ) Find a new dealer!

Also, I would hope that any lift installed buy a dealer would be a complete lift system witn new springs, shocks, track bars and sway bars. Not just a BB.

There is no factory lift! This guy is F.O.S. Was he wearing a lime green plaid sport coat? Go back there and kick him in the gonads.
